Our products cannot be certified as organic, but we source only from approved reputable farmers and abattoirs who ensure high standards of animal welfare.

Due to industry related standardization issues, we also cannot specify our products as “grass-fed”. Various farms and companies have their own protocols, but these vary, and supply is often limited.

In order to guarantee a regular supply of top products, we procure and/or make use top approved abattoirs and only use top A-grade products.
